Legal bases of the "Toty Beauty Box" giveaway

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZER

The “TOTY BEAUTY BOX” draw (hereinafter, the “Draw”) is organized by The Stage Ventures, hereinafter WOW Concept, with registered office at Gran Vía 16, 28013 Madrid, Spain, and with CIF B67487702.

2. PARTICIPATION

Participation in the "Draw" is free and open to all persons over 18 years of age who meet the requirements established in these legal terms.

3. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW

The objective of the Giveaway is to award five randomly selected participants a “Toty Beauty Box.”

4. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE

The Giveaway is open to residents of Spain, the Peninsula, and the Balearic Islands.

Participation in the draw will be open from Thursday, April 24th to Sunday, April 27th , 2025 (Central European Time – CEST).

5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All individuals over 18 years of age with an Instagram account and who are residents of Spain, the Peninsula, and the Balearic Islands are eligible to participate.

To participate, it is necessary:

• Follow WOW Concept (@wowconcept_) and Toty Europe (@totyeurope) on Instagram.
• Like the Giveaway post.
• Comment on the post which is your favorite product from the brand.

Entries that do not meet all requirements will be automatically disqualified.

WOW Concept employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the raffle.

6. PRIZE

The prize consists of a “TOTY Beauty Box” , which includes, Ilumina CC Cream, Ilumina CC Cream Compact, Ilumina Beauty Blender, Ilumina Brush.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. The winner agrees to accept the prize as assigned, with no possibility of changes by the participant.

7. DRAW MECHANICS

To participate in the Giveaway, users must meet the requirements indicated in point 5.

The winner will be randomly and transparently selected through the app-sorteos.com website on Monday, April 28, 2025 .

Winners will be announced on WOW Concept's official Instagram account (@wowconcept_) and contacted via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

Participants' Instagram accounts must be set to public mode to verify eligibility.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with WOW Concept's Privacy Policy , available at the following link: [link to Privacy Policy] .

The data will be used solely to manage participation in the drawing and will not be shared with third parties except when strictly necessary for prize delivery.

9. RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER

WOW Concept reserves the right to modify the rules of the sweepstakes, suspend it, or cancel it if necessary, with due notice to participants.

WOW Concept is not responsible for any social media failures or technical issues that may affect participation in the giveaway.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram. By participating, users release Instagram from any and all liability arising from this giveaway.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these rules and express submission to the interpretative decisions made by WOW Concept.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Sweepstakes will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
