Your order will be delivered by GLS or Correos. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond WOW's control. During peak periods, your order may be delayed or shipped in multiple packages from different locations. Please note that orders may take up to 48 hours to be processed and dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the item is in perfect condition, unused, with its original tags and, where applicable, its original box or packaging.

WOW Universe members enjoy an extended return period of 60 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided their membership was active at the time of purchase.

 

How to return an online order

You can return your order in two ways:

In store: free of charge. Bring your order and proof of purchase to any of our stores.

From home: the first return per customer is free. From the second return onwards, €3.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. To initiate a return, log into your customer account on our website and select the item you wish to return by clicking "Start a return". You will receive an email with a GLS QR code to complete the process at the nearest GLS service point. For any questions, contact our team at hola@wowshop.com before sending the item.

For international returns, the first return is free. From the second return onwards, the cost is €7.95.

 

How to return an in-store purchase from home

If you made your purchase in store and wish to manage the return from home, contact our team at hola@wowshop.com before sending the item. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and you may choose whichever shipping method you prefer.

If the original payment was made in cash, the refund will be issued as a gift card only.

 

Refunds

The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as a gift card, whichever you prefer. If the payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund may take up to 10 business days from the moment you receive the return confirmation email. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Items not eligible for return

We do not accept returns on the following items:

• Opened, used, washed or tampered products, including cosmetics, fragrances with the protective seal removed, personal hygiene products without their protective strip, and any item whose original condition cannot be guaranteed.

• Items without their original tag or footwear without its original box.

• Personalised or altered items, such as tailored garments or any modification made at the customer's request.

• Second-hand or refurbished items. Rewear Vintage items purchased online may be returned for a refund, provided the security tag is intact and the item has not been used or tampered with. Exchanges for another product are not available for online orders.

• Swimwear and beachwear without the hygienic adhesive protection intact.

• Earrings and piercings.

• Open books.

• Food products.

• WOW bags.

 

Gift receipt

If the purchase was made with a gift receipt, only an exchange for another item of the same value or the issuance of a gift card for that amount is accepted. No cash or card refunds will be made.

 

Biologique Recherche treatments

Appointments can be modified at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund or a gift card. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will only be refunded 50% of the total amount. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be issued and the appointment cannot be rescheduled. A delay of more than 20 minutes may require rescheduling, with 50% of the treatment cost charged.
