How we use AI

Yes. We use artificial intelligence to recommend products in a personalised way through our live chat, WhatsApp and email channels. The system analyses the context of the ongoing conversation (what you tell us at that moment) in order to suggest products that may be of interest to you, and responses are sent automatically without prior human review.

We do not use your purchase history or accumulated customer profile for these recommendations. The AI system only works with the information you provide within each individual conversation.

If at any time you would prefer to speak directly with a person instead of the automated system, you may explicitly request this through the chat and you will be transferred to a member of our team.

Should we expand the use of AI in the future for other purposes that may significantly affect you, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your specific consent.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it when necessary to provide our services or where required by law.

• Service providers: companies that help us operate our services, including ecommerce providers, CRM platforms, marketing automation providers, email and SMS communication services, logistics providers and customer support services.
