14.2 HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

The order placed by the buyer, as well as the corresponding payment, is made through the Website.

The version of the Terms and Conditions that bind the buyer and WOW concept will be the one that the buyer accepts at the time of validation of the order.

14.4 AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All orders are subject to product availability. If, after placing an order, there are difficulties in supplying products or if items are out of stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid. In case of total or partial cancellation of the order:

14.5 TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP

14.6 VALUE ADDED TAX AND BILLING

14.7 RETURN POLICY

The buyer has a period of fourteen (14) full days from the day of receipt of the order to exercise his legal right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

The return period is 28 days from the day of receipt of the order, consulting the conditions specified on our website and on the purchase receipt.

14.8 LEGAL WARRANTY

If you contract as a consumer and user, we offer you guarantees on the products we sell through this Website, in the terms legally established for each type of product, and we are therefore responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from the delivery of the product.
