Use of the website

You may use wowconcept.com to browse, obtain information and make purchases. By doing so, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Placing false or fraudulent orders
  • Using the website for unlawful purposes
  • Introducing viruses or attempting unauthorised access

 

Intellectual property

All content on this website (including images, text, logos, designs and other materials) is owned by WOW or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

 

Data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy, available on the website. You may access, update or exercise your data protection rights by contacting us at hola@wowshop.com.

 

Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
  • European Union countries

Furniture items (including chairs, armchairs and tables) are only shipped within mainland Spain.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United Kingdom or destinations outside the European Union.

WOW Universe PREMIUM members benefit from free shipping on orders placed through our website and delivered within Spain.

Availability and pricing errors

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund within a maximum of 14 days.

Although we make every effort to ensure that all information displayed on the website is accurate, pricing errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions may occasionally occur. If we identify an error after you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

 

Risk and ownership transfer

The product becomes your property once it has been delivered to you and full payment has been received.

 

Invoicing and taxes

Returns

At WOW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to return an item.

WOW Universe members benefit from an extended 60-day return period.

In all cases, items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with all accessories, labels, original packaging and seals intact. For footwear, including sneakers, the original shoe box must also be included.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase made on wowconcept.com without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order or, in the case of multiple deliveries, from receipt of the last item.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund all amounts paid.

If the order has already been delivered, you must return the product in accordance with the instructions provided by WOW. Any direct return costs will be borne by the customer where this has been communicated in advance, in accordance with applicable law.

Likewise, if the order is already in transit, you may refuse delivery and notify WOW of your withdrawal. The refund will be processed once the products have been received at our facilities.

The refund will include the amount paid for the products and, where applicable, the standard delivery charges paid as part of the order.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply, among others, to:

  • Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised products.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Sealed audio or video recordings and sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription contracts.
  • Any other products or services for which the right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable legislation.

Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For credit and debit card purchases, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the issuing financial institution and may take up to 10 business days.

Where the legal right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund will include the amount paid for the products and, where applicable, the standard delivery charges paid by the customer, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Where withdrawal is exercised after delivery of the order, WOW may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the consumer provides valid proof of return, whichever occurs first.

For returns made under WOW’s voluntary commercial returns policy outside the legal right of withdrawal, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by WOW or a defective product.

 

Exclusions from WOW's commercial returns policy

The following limitations apply to WOW’s voluntary commercial returns policy and do not affect any statutory rights granted to consumers by law.

  • Opened, used, washed or altered products, including cosmetics, perfumes with removed seals, personal hygiene products without their protective strip, and any item whose original condition cannot be guaranteed.
  • Products returned without their original labels or footwear returned without the original shoe box.
  • Personalised or modified items, including garment alterations or any adaptation made at the customer’s request.
  • Second-hand or refurbished items. Rewear Vintage products purchased online may be returned for a refund provided that the security tag remains attached and the item has not been used or tampered with. Exchanges for another product are not available for online orders.
  • Swimwear, bikinis and bikini bottoms where the hygiene protection sticker has been removed or damaged.
  • Earrings and body piercings.
  • Opened books.
  • Food products.
  • WOW bags.

Sale items and discounted purchases are subject to the same return conditions.

Warranty

All products sold by WOW are covered by the statutory 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects and lack of conformity. In such cases, you are entitled to:

  • Free repair of the product
  • Replacement with a new or equivalent product
  • If neither of the above is possible, a price reduction or a refund using the original payment method or a gift card

The statutory warranty is independent from WOW’s voluntary returns policy.

Gift cards

Our gift cards have no expiration date and can be used both online and in our physical stores.


WOW Universe

WOW Universe is our loyalty programme. A universe that attracts and inspires you: benefits, events and exclusive launches, but also a community of people looking for the unexpected, what resonates with them and what feels different. Because WOW is not only about what you discover, but how you discover it.

The programme works both online and in-store and is easily managed through your Wallet pass, where you can check your level, points and benefits at any time.

 

Earning points

You earn 5 points for every euro spent. You can also earn points in other ways:

  • Referrals: 150 points for you and 150 points for the person you invite (once they complete their first purchase)
  • Adding your digital membership card to Wallet: 50 points
  • Following us on social media and participating in competitions or special promotions

Points earned from 16 December 2025 onwards are eligible for redemption. If a product is returned, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

 

Tiers

WOW Universe has three membership levels:

  • ESSENTIAL: Entry level, with no minimum points required
  • PLUS: From 2,500 points
  • PREMIUM: From 5,000 points

Biologique Recherche treatments

Appointments can be modified with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.

     Cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice: full refund or gift card

     Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice: 50% of the amount refunded

     No-show without prior notice: no refund issued and appointment not rescheduled

     Delays of more than 20 minutes may require rescheduling, with 50% of the treatment cost charged


Promotions and discounts

All promotions are time-limited and subject to stock availability. They cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Vouchers cannot be combined with each other. In the event of a return, the amount actually paid after the discount is refunded. Vouchers are not restored or reactivated after a return.


Amendments

WOW may update these terms when necessary, always in compliance with applicable law. We recommend reviewing them periodically.


Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the Spanish courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
