Welcome to WOW. By browsing wowconcept.com or placing an order, you accept these terms of use and sale. We have written them to be clear, direct and easy to understand.

Use of the website

You may use wowconcept.com to browse, get information and shop. By doing so, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.

The following are not permitted:

• Placing false or fraudulent orders

• Using the website for illegal purposes

• Introducing viruses or attempting unauthorized access

Intellectual property

All content on the website (images, text, logos, designs, etc.) belongs to WOW or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without express permission.

Data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy, available on the website. You can consult or exercise your rights by writing to us at hola@wowshop.com.

Shipping

We ship to:

• Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

• European Union

Furniture (chairs, armchairs, tables...) is only shipped within mainland Spain.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United Kingdom or outside the EU.

PREMIUM members of WOW Universe enjoy free shipping on orders placed through the website within Spain.

Availability and pricing errors

All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you by email and refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days.

Although we take great care to display information correctly, pricing errors or inaccuracies in product listings may occasionally occur. If we detect an error after you have placed an order, we reserve the right to cancel it. In that case, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Risk and ownership transfer

The product becomes yours once you receive it and payment has been completed.

Invoicing and taxes

All prices include VAT in accordance with applicable regulations. If you need an invoice, please contact us at hola@wowshop.com.

Returns

At WOW we want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return a product.

WOW Universe members enjoy 60 calendar days to return.

In all cases, the item must be in perfect condition: unworn, with all accessories, original tags, packaging and seals intact. For footwear such as trainers, the original box must also be included.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a gift card. For credit or debit card purchases, the refund may take up to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns of:

• Opened, used, washed or tampered products, including cosmetics, perfumes with broken seals, personal hygiene products without protective strip, and any item whose original condition cannot be guaranteed

• Products without their original tag, or footwear without its box in good condition

• Personalised or altered items, such as clothing alterations or any modification made at the customer's request

• Second-hand or refurbished items. Rewear Vintage items purchased online can be returned for a refund, provided the security tag is intact and the item has not been used or tampered with. Exchanges for a different product are not available for online orders

• Swimwear, bikinis and swim bottoms without the intact adhesive hygiene protector

• Earrings and piercings

• Opened books

• Food products

• WOW bags

Sale or discounted purchases follow the same return conditions.

Warranty

All our products carry a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects or lack of conformity. In such cases, you are entitled to:

• Free repair of the product

• Replacement with a new or equivalent product

• If neither of the above is possible: a price reduction or refund to the original payment method or as a gift card

The legal warranty is independent of WOW's voluntary returns policy.

Gift cards

Our gift cards have no expiry date and can be used both on our website and in our physical stores.

WOW Universe

WOW Universe is our loyalty programme. A universe that pulls you in and keeps you there: benefits, events and new arrivals, but also a community of those who seek the unexpected, what resonates with you, what feels different. Because WOW is not just what you discover — it is how you discover it.

The programme works both in-store and online, and is easily managed through your Wallet pass, where you can check your tier, your points and your perks at any time.

Earning points

For every euro you spend, you earn 5 points. You can also earn points in other ways:

• Referrals: 150 points for you and for the person you invite (when they make their first purchase)

• Downloading your digital card to Wallet: 50 points

• Following us on social media and participating in contests or special promotions

Points accumulated from 16 December 2025 onwards are eligible for redemption. If you return a product, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

Tiers

WOW Universe has three tiers:

• ESSENTIAL: entry level, no minimum points required

• PLUS: from 2,500 points

• PREMIUM: from 5,000 points

Redeeming points

You can redeem your points for discount vouchers through the rewards link in your Wallet pass. Vouchers are valid both on the website and in our physical stores.

13. Biologique Recherche treatments

Appointments can be modified with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability.

• Cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice: full refund or gift card

• Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice: 50% of the amount refunded

• No-show without prior notice: no refund issued and appointment not rescheduled

• Delays of more than 20 minutes may require rescheduling, with 50% of the treatment cost charged

Promotions and discounts

All promotions are time-limited and subject to stock availability. They cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Vouchers cannot be combined with each other. In the event of a return, the amount actually paid after the discount is refunded. Vouchers are not restored or reactivated after a return.

Amendments

WOW may update these terms when necessary, always in compliance with applicable law. We recommend reviewing them periodically.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the Spanish courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
