2. How to use our website

You may use the website to browse, get information, and purchase products.
You are not allowed to place fake orders, use the website for illegal purposes, or introduce viruses or unauthorized access.
By purchasing, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

3. Intellectual property

All website content (images, texts, logos, designs, etc.) belongs to WOW or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission.

4. Data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy, available on the website.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to:

  • Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands
  • European Union

Important: furniture items (chairs, armchairs, tables…) are only shipped within mainland Spain.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United Kingdom, or outside the EU.

6. Availability and pricing errors

All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you by email and refund the full amount within 14 days.
Although we take great care to display information correctly, a product may occasionally appear with an incorrect price or description.
If an error is detected after your order, we reserve the right to cancel it. In that case, you will be notified as soon as possible and fully refunded.

7. Transfer of ownership and risk

The product becomes yours once it has been received and payment has been completed.

8. Billing and taxes

All prices include VAT according to current legislation.
If you need an invoice, you can download it from your customer area or request it at hola@wowshop.com.

9. Returns

At WOW, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer two return options:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the purchase date to return a product.
  • As an exceptional measure, we are accepting exchanges and returns until January 31th for purchases made from November 13th to December 19th.
  • The item must be in perfect condition, with all its accessories, unused, and with original tags, packaging, and seals intact.

9.1 Refund

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via gift card.
  • For credit/debit card purchases, refunds may take up to 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

9.2 Exclusions

We do not accept returns of:

  • Second-hand, refurbished, or personalized products (e.g., The Vintage Bar, Yeahllow!)
  • Garments without tags
  • Footwear without its original box in good condition
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings
  • Sunglasses
  • New Era caps without the size sticker on the visor
  • Unsealed books
  • Unsealed perfumes
  • Makeup, cosmetics, or hygiene products that are unsealed, opened, tested, or used (e.g., shampoos, brushes)
  • Fresh flowers

Sale or discounted items follow the same return conditions.

10. Warranty

All our products include a legal 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects or non-conformity.
In such cases, customers have the right to:

  • Free repair of the product, or
  • Replacement with a new or equivalent product, or
  • If the above is not possible, a price reduction or refund through the original payment method.

The legal warranty is independent of WOW’s voluntary return policy.

11. Gift cards

Our gift cards have no expiration date and can be used both online and in our physical stores.

12. Promotions and discounts

  • All promotions are valid for a limited time.
  • They are subject to stock availability.
  • They cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • For returns, the refunded amount will correspond to the price paid after the discount.
  • Coupons will not be reinstated or reactivated after a return.

13. Modifications

WOW may update these terms whenever necessary, always in accordance with current legislation.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
In case of dispute, Spanish courts shall have jurisdiction (without affecting your consumer rights).

LEGAL TERMS OF THE “ARTIST EDITION PACKAGE” GIVEAWAY

1. ORGANIZER
The giveaway is organized by The Stage Ventures, S.L., hereinafter WOW Concept or the “Organizer,” with registered office at Gran Vía 16, 28013 Madrid, Spain, and tax identification number B67487702.

2. PURPOSE OF THE GIVEAWAY
The purpose of this giveaway is to promote STMNT brand products through WOW Concept’s social media channels, encouraging user interaction and increasing the brand’s visibility in the digital environment.

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is valid exclusively within the territory of Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Individuals over 18 years of age who meet the conditions established in these legal terms may participate.

4. DURATION OF THE GIVEAWAY
The giveaway will begin on Friday, November 14, 2025, and will end on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 (inclusive).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

5. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS
To participate, users must:

  • Follow the official Instagram accounts @wowconcept_ and @stmntgrooming

  • Comment on the giveaway post indicating which STMNT product is their favorite.

Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these legal terms.

6. PRIZES
There will be five (5) winners, each of whom will receive a STMNT Artist Edition Package, which includes the following products:

  • Artist Edition T-shirt

  • Artist Edition Razor

  • Artist Edition Backpack

  • Shaving Pack

  • All-in-One Artist Edition

  • JBL Artist Edition Speaker

  • Artist Edition Socks

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE DELIVERY
Winners will be selected at random from among participants who meet the participation requirements, using a certified giveaway tool (AppSorteos).

The winners will be announced on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 via Instagram Stories on WOW Concept’s official profile.

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message. If any winner does not reply within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

Prizes will be shipped within a maximum of 15 calendar days after confirmation of the winner’s details, and only to addresses within the national territory (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

8. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

  • Employees of the Organizer or the STMNT brand, as well as their direct relatives, may not participate.

  • Failure to meet the requirements or detection of fraudulent conduct will result in automatic disqualification.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate entries with false or incomplete data.

  • WOW Concept reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Participation in the Giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The personal data provided by participants will be processed by The Stage Ventures, S.L. in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
The data will be used solely for managing the giveaway and delivering the prize.
