Free national returns on first purchases, within 30 days. As an exception, for purchases made during the Black Friday and Christmas period (from November 13 to December 31), the return period is extended until January 31 (included), with this date taking precedence over the general return policy.

From the first one onwards, they will cost 3.95€ each.

Returns to other EU countries: 7.95€

Exceptions: Custom-made, custom-made, altered, or personalized items. Newspapers, magazines, or books with the protective seal removed. Flowers, event tickets, items that are part of a package. Perishable items (e.g., food and beverage baskets). Protective masks, makeup, and cosmetics that have been opened, tried on, or used. Unsealed bedding, unsealed sexual wellness toys, items labeled "non-returnable," and refurbished items.
