Your order will be delivered by GLS or Correos. The delivery times indicated are approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond WOW's control. During periods of high demand, your order may be delayed or shipped in multiple parcels from different locations.

We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. We are working to expand our coverage in the future.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the item is in perfect condition, unused, with its original labels attached and, where applicable, with its original box or packaging.

WOW Universe members benefit from an extended 60-calendar-day return period from receipt of the order, provided that their membership was active at the time of purchase.

 

How to return an online order

You can return your order in two ways:

In-store: Free of charge. Simply bring your order together with the proof of purchase to any of our stores.

From home: The first return per customer is free of charge. From the second return onwards, €3.95 will be deducted from the refund amount. To arrange a return, log into your customer account on our website and select the item you wish to return by clicking "Start a Return". You will receive an email containing a GLS QR code to complete the process at the nearest service point. If you have any questions, please contact our team at hola@wowshop.com before sending the item.

For international returns, the first return is free of charge. From the second return onwards, a fee of €7.95 will apply.

 

How to return an in-store purchase from home

If you made your purchase in-store and would like to return it from home, please contact our team at hola@wowshop.com before sending the item. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who may choose their preferred shipping method.

If the original payment was made in cash, the refund will only be issued in the form of a gift card.

 

Right of withdrawal

In addition to our commercial returns policy, you have the legal right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

The withdrawal option is available within your customer account, under each order. You may also exercise this right by contacting us at hola@wowshop.com.

Once we receive your request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund of all amounts paid.

If the order has already been delivered or is in transit, you must return the products or refuse delivery. The refund will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation.

The conditions and costs applicable to the return process will be those set out in this policy.

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised after delivery of the order, WOW may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the consumer provides valid proof of return, whichever occurs first.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as a gift card, according to your preference. If payment was made by credit or debit card, it may take up to 10 business days from the date you receive confirmation of the return for the funds to appear in your account.

Where the legal right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund will also include any standard delivery charges paid by the customer, in accordance with applicable legislation.

 

Items not eligible for return under WOW's commercial return's policy

The following limitations apply solely to WOW’s commercial returns policy and do not affect any statutory consumer rights granted by law.

  • Opened, used, washed or altered products, including cosmetics, perfumes with removed seals, personal hygiene products without their protective strip, and any item whose original condition cannot be guaranteed.
  • Products returned without their original labels or footwear returned without the original shoe box.
  • Personalised or modified items, including garment alterations or any adaptation made at the customer's request.
  • Second-hand or refurbished items. Rewear Vintage products purchased online may be returned for a refund provided that the security tag remains attached and the item has not been used or tampered with. Exchanges for another product are not available for online orders.
  • Swimwear, bikinis and bikini bottoms where the hygiene protection sticker has been removed or damaged.
  • Earrings and body piercings.
  • Opened books.
  • Food products.
  • WOW bags.

 

Footwear and Sneakers Warranty

Claims relating to manufacturing defects in footwear and sneakers will be assessed by WOW Concept in accordance with the applicable legal warranty.

Claims will be accepted provided that:

  • The claim is submitted within the applicable legal warranty period.
  • The product shows defects in manufacturing, materials or workmanship, including but not limited to defective stitching, sole separation, premature material failure or any lack of conformity attributable to the manufacturing process.
  • The product has not been misused, altered or tampered with.
  • The customer provides the documentation or evidence required to assess the claim, including photographs, proof of purchase or any other information that may be requested.

Claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from use, including creasing on the upper or other areas caused by regular wear.
  • Wear of the inner lining caused by friction.
  • Natural wear of the outsole.
  • Damage resulting from improper use of the product.
  • Scratches, scuffs, cuts or abrasions caused by contact with rough surfaces or external elements.
  • Stains caused by dyes, perfumes, creams, gels or other chemical products.
  • Damage resulting from contact with water, excessive moisture or exposure to adverse weather conditions.
  • Any damage caused by improper maintenance or failure to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Acceptance of a claim will be subject to assessment of the product by WOW Concept or, where applicable, by the brand’s manufacturer or supplier.

Gift receipt

If your purchase was made using a gift receipt, you may only exchange the item for another product of the same value or receive a gift card for that amount. Cash or card refunds are not available.

 

Biologique Recherche treatments

Appointments may be changed with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund or a gift card.

For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If you fail to attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued and the appointment cannot be rescheduled.

Arriving more than 20 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled, with 50% of the treatment cost being charged.
