Directions for use: apply a few drops of the serum to cleansed face, neck and décolleté before your usual treatment, morning and/or night. Gently massage until completely absorbed. Use daily. Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If skin irritation occurs discontinue use and consult a physician. Use should be strictly on healthy, intact skin. A patch test is recommended prior to use. Keep out of reach of children Patch Test: Patch tests are an easy way to predict whether you may experience an initial negative reaction to a new product. A patch test is recommended before incorporating any new product into your regimen. Below is a general method for performing your own patch test depending on the type of product: Apply a small amount of the product to a clean area of skin on the upper forearm. If the product has a specified wear time, rinse off after this time has elapsed. Otherwise, rinse off after 24 hours. If redness, burning, itching, blistering or irritation is observed at any time during the test, do not use the product.

At WOW , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we accept exchanges and returns within 30 calendar days of purchase , provided the item meets our terms and conditions and is eligible for return .
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or gift card. For credit/debit cards, please allow up to 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of the confirmation email.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

The first national return will be free, with a subsequent cost of €3.95.
International returns will have a cost of €7.95.

In the event of a delay of more than 20 minutes, we may have to reschedule your appointment, charging 50% of the total treatment price, subject to availability.
If you need to change your appointment, you can do so with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may receive a refund or a gift card for a future reservation.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, only 50% of the appointment fee will be refundable. If you fail to show up without prior notice, we will not be able to offer a refund or reschedule.
