Deep Green Tea Toner

It helps to hydrate skin with excess sebum, with a matte and shine-free result. How to use: Spread a small amount of the toner on your fingers and spread it over the face by gently tapping it. If you prefer, you can use a cotton pad, although Korean women never do this, and there is an explanation: with a cotton pad we tend to drag the product, we use up cotton pads unnecessarily and we waste more product, since it is stored in the cotton.
