Exclusive non-toxic nonstick ceramic coating made without potentially toxic materials like PFOA, PTFE, other PFAs, lead, cadmium, toxic metals, and nanoparticles. Cooking Temperature: Our heavy-gauge cast aluminum conducts and retains heat better than traditional stainless steel cookware, which is why we recommend low to medium heat when cooking. Do not use your Always Pan in the oven. Oils & Fats: A little fat goes a long way! 1-2 tablespoons of oil or butter is more than enough to lightly coat the entire surface of the Always Pan. We recommend using oils with a high smoke point: extra virgin olive, refined coconut, avocado, peanut, and ghee. Skip the Metal: Stick to non-metal utensils to avoid damaging the coating. Our handy nesting spatula works perfectly. Washing: We recommend a quick wash with some soapy water and a soft sponge after each use for best results.
