With light pressure it helps to purify the skin. This reduces puffiness, the skin appears tight, fresh and radiant. ROSE QUARTZ It is known as the love crystal and is associated with self-love, protection and balance. In addition, this non-porous stone has a cooling effect - not only in summer a treat for stressed skin. GUA SHA The word Gua means “scratch” and Sha means “sand” or “eruption” and describes the function of the Gua Sha technique of “scraping” away ailments. This traditional Chinese technique, cited in clinical writings since the Qing Dynasty, is suitable for lymphatic drainage, improving circulation and, according to traditional Chinese vacuum, stimulating the flow of Qi energy. APPLICATION Apply a sufficient amount of facial oil or serum to clean facial skin. Start at the forehead with sliding movements outwards and upwards to the chin, cheeks and eye area (see drawing on the packaging). Massage gently for 3-5 minutes a day.
