But here our history intersects with that of the Capua company, which has represented Italian excellence in the extraction of citrus essences since 1880, and everything changes. Capua, which shares our family's passion for perfume, has developed a two-stage extraction method. It is one of those hidden masterpieces that shine here and there, especially in southern Italy, and which deserves to be told. First, only the essential oil is extracted from the peel, brown and concentrated; then, when ripeness is at its peak, it is the turn of the whole fruit, which is pressed and passed through a special extractor before being centrifuged to separate the essential oil from the juice. This is how our Arancia di Sicilia was born, like the sublimation of a symbolic fruit that brings together the sun, the colours and the scent of the island on a spring morning. In order to fully feel both the sweetness and the energy of the deep layers of the earth, we have added Musk and Amber in the heart, and, to finish, an intense aroma of Coffee Absolute.
