During periods of high demand, your order may be delayed or partially/fully canceled. Shipments from the same order may be dispatched from different locations and arrive separately.

Returns

At WOW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As an exception, we accept exchanges and returns until January 31 for purchases made from November 13 to December 31, or within 30 calendar days after the purchase, as long as the item meets our terms and conditions and is eligible for return.

Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or as a gift card. For credit/debit cards, it may take up to 5–10 business days from the confirmation email.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Items from The Vintage Bar and Yeahllow*

• Second-hand, tagless, refurbished, or personalized products

• Apparel without its original tag or footwear without its box

• Flowers, books, and perfumes with the protective seal removed

• Personal hygiene products such as brushes, earrings, or any item without its protective strip

• Makeup and cosmetics that have been opened, tested, or used

*Returns of The Vintage Bar and Yeahllow items purchased in-store are not accepted. For orders placed through our website, returns will be accepted as long as the item is in its original purchase condition, including the security tag. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or tampered with.

Footwear & Sneakers Return Conditions: Warranty Coverage
WOW Concept, through The Stage Venture, will be responsible provided that:

• The claim is made within the warranty period.

• The product has quality issues due to defects in materials, inputs, or manufacturing (loose stitching, sole detachment, material breakage, etc.).

• The product has not been misused or altered.

• Proper evidence is provided (invoice, images, etc.).

Warranty exclusions: Claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Natural wear from use, including:

  • Wrinkles on the upper or other areas from walking

  • Lining wear due to friction

  • Natural wear of the sole

• Damage caused by improper use, such as:

  • Scratches, scuffs, or abrasions from contact with rough surfaces

  • Stains caused by dyes, perfumes, creams, gels, or other chemicals

  • Contact with water or exposure to adverse weather conditions

The first domestic return will be free of charge. Subsequent returns will cost 3.95€.
International returns will cost 7.95€.

Biologique Recherche Treatments

In the event of a delay of more than 20 minutes, we may have to reschedule your appointment, charging 50% of the total treatment amount, subject to availability.

If you need to modify your appointment, you can do so at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may receive a refund or a gift card for a future booking.

For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, only 50% of the appointment amount will be refundable. In case of a no-show without prior notice, we will not be able to offer a refund or reschedule.
