During periods of high demand, your order may be delayed or cancelled in whole or in part. Items from the same order may be dispatched from different locations and arrive separately.

Your order will be delivered by GLS or Correos. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond WOW's control.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is received, provided that the item is in perfect condition, unused, with its original tags attached and, where applicable, in its original box or packaging.

Members of WOW Universe benefit from an extended return period of 60 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that their membership was active at the time of purchase.
