At WOW , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we accept exchanges and returns within 30 calendar days of purchase , provided the item meets our terms and conditions and is eligible for return .

Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or gift card. For credit/debit cards, please allow up to 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of the confirmation email.

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Articles from The Vintage Bar and Yeahllow.
• Second-hand, unlabeled, refurbished, or customized products.
• Textiles without their original labels or footwear without their boxes.
• Flowers, books and perfumes with the protective seal removed
• Personal hygiene products, such as brushes, earrings, or any item without its protective strip
• Makeup and cosmetics that have been opened, tested, or used

The first national return will be free, with a subsequent cost of €3.95.
International returns will have a cost of €7.95.

In the event of a delay of more than 20 minutes, we may have to reschedule your appointment, charging 50% of the total treatment price, subject to availability.

If you need to change your appointment, you can do so with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may receive a refund or a gift card for a future reservation.

For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, only 50% of the appointment fee will be refundable. If you fail to show up without prior notice, we will not be able to offer a refund or reschedule.
