The Jalapa hat is an iconic piece from LA MANSA and an expression of contemporary artisanal luxury. Handwoven from natural palm fiber, each hat is unique and reflects the authenticity of traditional processes. Its structured silhouette and generous brim add sophistication, while the band—inspired by the symbolism of the serpent, an emblem of transformation and wisdom—adds a distinctive and elegant character. The band is made specifically for each hat and is not sold separately.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is received, provided that the item is in perfect condition, unused, with its original tags attached and, where applicable, in its original box or packaging.
Members of WOW Universe benefit from an extended return period of 60 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that their membership was active at the time of purchase.
