Blended from premium ingredients and free of alcohol, this diffuser is formulated to ensure exceptional scent diffusion. The oil is housed in a tinted glass container with a contrasting collar, an expression of Paul's love of colour and its endless combinations. When in use, you'll notice that it catches the light beautifully, and when finished, you can reuse it again and again with fresh reeds or even as a stemmed vase for flowers. Fragrance notes: Lemon, Black Pepper, Vetiver and Moss 250ml To get the most out of your diffuser, you need to keep a few tips and tricks in mind. Carefully open the bottle containing the liquid and slowly pour all of its contents into the glass container. Then place the collar on top and insert the reeds. It may take up to 25 hours for the reeds to fully absorb the fragrance. For best scent diffusion, place it in a room with good air circulation and try to rotate the reeds from time to time. Be careful not to place the diffuser near the edges of surfaces (and keep it away from pets and children). When it comes time to reuse the container, avoid using it in the dishwasher. Instead, wash it with warm, soapy water.

At WOW , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we accept exchanges and returns within 30 calendar days of purchase , provided the item meets our terms and conditions and is eligible for return .
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or gift card. For credit/debit cards, please allow up to 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of the confirmation email.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

- Second-hand, unlabeled, refurbished, or customized products.
- Textiles without their original labels or footwear without their boxes.
- Flowers, books and perfumes with the protective seal removed
- Personal hygiene products, such as brushes, earrings, or any item without its protective strip

The first national return will be free, with a subsequent cost of €3.95.
International returns will have a cost of €7.95.

In the event of a delay of more than 20 minutes, we may have to reschedule your appointment, charging 50% of the total treatment price, subject to availability.
If you need to change your appointment, you can do so with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may receive a refund or a gift card for a future reservation.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, only 50% of the appointment fee will be refundable. If you fail to show up without prior notice, we will not be able to offer a refund or reschedule.
